Our biggest flex to date is the CAT Simulator System at our headquarters, right next to our 40-person classroom. The simulator provides hands-on experience for learners, teaching operators using the same OEM controls and machine applications as those found on real-world worksites. Not only are these the only CAT-licensed products of their type on the market, the simulator is fully supported by CAT tech teams. Now we can train new operators in multiple languages using hundreds of benchmarks to mark progress before they ever step foot in a machine.
